For a basis I have taken a real building of factory located in Novosibirsk, Russia. The building a monument of architecture, is constructed in 1912, much later, it was reconstructed (top floor) and was added the industrial equipment (ladder, ventilation etc.).
In a stage about 280 thousand polygons, 2300 objects, more than 100 textures.
